Ting Ting Sun
Senior Program Manager
Xiaoting (Tingting) Sun is an enthusiastic advocate for hands-on learning and growth through challenges. Her transformative experiences with experiential education programs in middle school shaped her belief in their power, inspiring her to create impactful opportunities for others.
Tingting is a Princeton University graduate and was a Princeton in Asia Fellow, bringing a strong academic and global perspective to her work. Before joining JUMP!, she taught English in Vientiane, Laos, nurturing a love of learning in her students. Prior to teaching, she gained valuable experience in business development, marketing, and project management at a healthcare management company in New Jersey, USA.
She brings this diverse background and passion to her work, enriching JUMP! programs with her expertise and commitment. Tingting also has a deep appreciation for good food and scenic landscapes, making her a dynamic force in youth development and experiential learning.
Shannon Fox is an adventurous educator and researcher with a passion for inspiring learning and discovery. Raised in California after her parents' impromptu move from the East Coast, Shannon’s love for the natural world led her to study Aquatic Biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
She marked her 21st year by conducting groundbreaking research on krill in Antarctica, a testament to her dedication to science and exploration. Shannon’s career has taken her around the globe, where she has combined her love of research and education to engage students of all ages.

Armand Kruger
Program Director
With over 8 years of experience in educational program management and development, Armand Kruger currently serves as the Assistant Program Director at JUMP! Foundation in Bangkok, Thailand. He leads the creation, execution, and assessment of innovative programs that foster student growth and engagement. Armand’s expertise spans team leadership, curriculum design, and educational leadership, ensuring the delivery of impactful learning experiences.
Armand has also made significant contributions to Burapha University and Stellenbosch University as a Lecturer & Teacher and Junior Lecturer, respectively. These roles allowed him to hone his skills in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research collaboration. Additionally, his experience in staff training has equipped him to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement within educational settings.

Program Director
Fernando is a dedicated leader in student and leadership program development, committed to fostering growth, community, and impactful learning.
His extensive experience spans multiple roles, including his time at Meta Community Hub, VUS English Teaching Center and at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC), Fernando designed inclusive and culturally immersive lesson plans, showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate within educational environments. His leadership shone as he managed after-school programs, culinary initiatives, and summer camps, guiding dynamic teams to deliver high-quality, interactive experiences.
His strategic approach to program development and team leadership has empowered students and participants, helping them build essential skills and confidence. Chief People Officer
Solonia is the Chief People Officer at JUMP! Foundation, where she leads the development and execution of people strategies that align with the organization’s mission to empower young changemakers. With extensive expertise in organizational change, values-driven leadership, and human-centered design, Solonia is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture that empowers employees to reach their full potential.
Her background in entrepreneurship, social innovation, and talent management allows her to drive both organizational growth and success. Prior to her role at JUMP!, Solonia co-founded The Change School, a transformative institution focused on self-directed learning, leadership, and navigating change. Through this initiative, she has helped individuals and organizations develop the mindset, skillset, and soul set needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Our staff is experienced in supporting campers who may feel homesick, ensuring they stay engaged in activities and feel comfortable. If necessary, we will contact parents to discuss the best approach.
Campers are encouraged to disconnect from electronic devices to fully immerse themselves in the experience. Phones will be collected upon arrival and stored safely. In case of emergencies, parents can contact the camp team directly.
Yes. Our team will provide an emergency contact number, and updates will be shared with parents during the camp.
If we must cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future program.
