Our JUMP! Collective Programs bring together students from different schools in your region, to connect and embark on a transformational learning experience.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program particularly centers reflections and conversations around the intersecting DEI themes and topics of social justice and belonging.
This will be an outstanding experience for participants to explore and compare how DEI-related issues are reflected across their respective social communities and contexts.
Every program we develop is rooted in transformational
learning, in which people experience a profound shift in their
understanding of self, others and the way the world works.
Our Collective Programs are 6-Weeks, 6 Modules, with 2.5 hours of synchronous programming and 0.5 hours asynchronous programming (self-paced modules) per week. They occur after school to limit interruption of students’ schedules.

At the end of each Collective Cohort we create an End of Program report (EPR), summarizing the learning outcomes of the program. The report includes ‘Pluses and Deltas’ of the program, student and facilitator feedforward, and a summary of student action plans. Below, you can download the latest EPR´s from recent cohorts and get inspired by some great work of our students!
"The course design was excellent, as it created space for students to think, engage and connect in authentic ways. This is very clearly a programme that has been developed with its audience in mind, and the thought that has gone into pacing and resourcing is just right for students, particularly after long days at school."
Educator on DEI Collective, October 2021
"For me, the best part of the program was during Module 4 where we had the opportunity to take what we had talked about for the first three weeks and apply it into our own school community. I was already so impressed with the willingness to share vulnerable experiences within the group and I took away so much valuable information from the first half of the collective but the highlight for me was putting all of that information into practice and planning out the best ways to address related issues in our community.”
DEI Collective Participant, October 2021
"The engagement was great,
and the way the facilitators created
space for the participants to
be vulnerable was really
powerful!"
Educator on DEI Hawaii Collective Program, December 2021
"I think the most inspiring moment of the program was listening to everyone that had different perspectives be able to come together and build upon one another, to make an inclusive and safe environment."
